Bronxville Court Cooperative has and maintains parking, laundry, video intercoms, site cameras, a backup generator for security lighting and building systems. The Cooperative also maintains a separate building for disposal of waste. There are also storage lockers in the basement for seasonal items.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is equipped with a total of eleven (11) washers and dryers. There is also a combination washer and dryer for large loads should the shareholder need. There is a dedicated washer and dryer for pets. This helps with persons that may be allergic to pet dander. The machines are all card operated so there is no cash involved in the use of the machines, It is open twenty-four (24) hours and is equipped with security cameras.
Parking
Bronxville Court Cooperative is a fifty-four (54) unit complex with thirty-seven (37) parking spots. Twenty-five (25) in the garage and twelve (12) outside. Eight (8) of the inside spots are equipped with charging stations to handle electric vehicles. The management company maintains a list of new requests for parking. The wait time varies. There is also plenty of parking on the street if needed.
Video Intercom
Each of the main buildings in the complex is equipped with a video intercom system. This system allows the shareholder to view the entry door from there unit before allowing access. The system also allows for programmable key fob entry and pass codes if the shareholder requests this convenience. A shareholder may view the entry at any time if they suspect a questionable person on the premises.
Pet Friendly Policy
The Bronxville Court Cooperative is a pet friendly complex with many of the shareholders owning a cat or dog. There are some guidelines in the House Rules to help the prospective shareholder make a decision if they decide to purchase a unit or decide to get a pet after move in.
** No Exotic Pets; snakes, lizards, spiders etc. Even if considering “Emotional Support” status. All pets need to adhere to the House Rules Guidelines.
